Vinyl Dream^®Deck and Dream^®Rail Products that these products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service in the home in which the products were installed.

Thermal Industries warrants that its Dream^® Composite Deck Products will not rot, split, or suffer structural damage from termites or fungal decay for a period of Twenty (20) years from the time of shipment to customer.
