Thermal Industries' Window Manufacturing Technology
Throughout the various series of window and door systems, Thermal Industries uses state-of-the-art technologies, including fusion welding of frame and sash components. Sashes and frames with fusion-welded corners virtually last forever.
Along with advanced systems of insulating glass, your windows and doors from Thermal Industries are constructed of rigid, low maintenance Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC) components. Specially formulated virgin vinyl compounds from Georgia Gulf® are custom blended and extruded for each framing component application. This state-of-the-art technology allows Thermal to give your windows and doors added insulation and strength through multiple chambers as well as varied profile designs and thickness'. You also have the option of our exclusive Vycap process (two colors of vinyl, co-extruded into a single piece), and DreamWood® (our wood capping process), with vinyl outside and true wood inside your home.
A window manufacturer committed to quality
Thermal Industries' engineering and quality assurance never stop. Engineers use computer-assisted design (CAD) techniques to pre-check each product design before manufacturing begins. During production, they pull random samples of each product from the lines and quality-check them for compliance and performance in Thermal's certified test chamber. |

The finished products are protection-wrapped for shipment to one of 18 Regional Design and Support Centers. After installation, the quality control continues with field technicians visiting over 1,000 homes each year to inspect products in accordance with standardized procedures. The performance data, collected by these technicians, is then fed back to the Quality Management Center. This full cycle of quality commitment and monitoring allows all products to be fully warranted and is your guarantee of satisfaction. |
